Job Description

MNK Infotech Inc is looking for a VoIP or Unified Communication Engineer for one of its direct clients.

• Work Experience: 5+ Years

Required Skills:

• 5 + years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UC applications such as CUCM, Unity/Unity Connection, IM&P, and others.
• Experience in implementing and troubleshooting Cisco UC solutions and technologies for enterprise level customers.
• Strong understanding of telephony dial plan, implementation, and call control/routing protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, FXO, FXS, and POTS.
• Knowledge and experience of deploying and(or) troubleshooting voice gateways, media resources such as conferencing, transcoding, MTP, and MoH, and voice endpoints such as IP phones, and CIPC (softphones).
• Knowledge of UCS B/C series platforms and VMware technologies such as vCenter, vSphere EXSi, and vSphere client.
• Experience in planning and executing UC upgrade and migration activities.
• Detailed understanding of TCP/IP concepts and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TFTP, NTP, LDAP.
• Knowledge of Cisco Cloud Collaboration portfolio - Cisco Webex Centers, Cisco Webex Cloud Connected Audio, Cisco Webex Meetings Server, Cisco Collaboration Meeting Rooms.

• Strong understanding of IP networking, LAN/WAN switching/routing technologies and protocols.

• Experience in deploying VCS C and endpoint registrations and migrations.

• Experience in planning and executing UC upgrade and migration activities.

Desired Skills: _*

• Knowledge and(or) Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Expressway solutions for MRA and B2B calls is highly desirable.
• Detailed understanding of TCP/IP concepts and protocols such as DHCP, DNS, TFTP, NTP, LDAP.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN QoS using various queuing techniques such as PQ, LLQ, CBWFQ, and RSVP.

**Good to Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support.
• High-end experience in Cisco Unified Communications Solutions Versions.

• High-end experience in CUE and CUC Version
• Experience with Troubleshooting Voice Issues, PRI issues, SIP etc.
• CCNA Collab certification preferred.

Qualifications:
