Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
VoIP and Network Engineer
with a strong background in
Windows and Linux server administration

VoIP infrastructure

Key ResponsibilitiesVoIP Engineering
Design, configure, and maintain VoIP systems (SIP, PBX, IP phones, SBCs, Asterisk/FreePBX, 3CX, etc.).
Manage call routing, SIP trunking, QoS, and bandwidth optimization.
Troubleshoot VoIP call quality, latency, and jitter issues.
Integrate VoIP with CRM, call analytics, and reporting tools.
Network Administration
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Manage LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure, VLANs, and load balancing.
Monitor network performance and ensure security and reliability.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and network failover solutions.
System Administration (Windows & Linux)
Manage Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy) and Linux environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
Handle user accounts, permissions, system updates, and patch management.
Implement server security, backups, and monitoring.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts.
Web Development & Integration
Manage and maintain company websites and portals.
Develop or update front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like React/Vue.
Integrate back-end APIs and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Ensure website security, performance optimization, and cross-platform compatibility.
AI & Automation
Collaborate on AI/ML projects such as chatbot integration, predictive analytics, and workflow automation.
Implement AI-driven tools for system monitoring, network optimization, or customer support.
Work with APIs from OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, or similar platforms.
Assist in data collection, model deployment, and process automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-7 years of experience in VoIP and network engineering.
Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols.
Proven experience with Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, or similar network equipment.
Proficiency in both Windows Server and Linux administration.
Experience with web development (WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS, or similar).
Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or Python-based machine learning frameworks.
Preferred Skills
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, RHCSA/RHCE, MCSA, or equivalent.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Experience with DevOps or CI/CD workflows.
