Voice, Email, and Chat Support

roles with a leading BPO/MNC in Airoli.
You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery across communication channels.

Handle customer queries through

voice calls, emails, and chat

Provide accurate information and maintain high-quality service Update customer interactions in the system Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers

Any Graduate

(Freshers welcome) Good English & Hindi communication skills Basic computer knowledge + typing speed Ready to work in

rotational shifts
