Position: Voice & Video Communication Engineer

Education:

B.E. (CSE / ECE / EEE), M.Sc. (CS / IT), MCA

Master's degree in Networking or Distributed Systems is a plus

Equivalent experience in real-time communications may also be considered

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

Design, install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot voice communication systems

Work with video conferencing gateways such as Poly, Cisco, Webex, Zoom, Teams Gateway, BlueJeans Gateway

Install, configure, and troubleshoot video conferencing devices (Polycom, Cisco, Avaya, etc.)

Perform VC wallpaper/firmware upgrades, periodic maintenance, and enforce appropriate naming conventions across all locations

Configure and troubleshoot SIP Trunking, NTP, NAT, VC Layout, PBX server installation, and conduct testing

Create SOPs and knowledge base documentation for video conferencing devices and gateways
