Job Summary:

MSSquare Technologies is hiring

Voice Support Engineers

for our client projects in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, troubleshooting basic product or account-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Both

freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome -- comprehensive training will be provided before deployment.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner (inbound & outbound). Understand customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions. Accurately document call logs and case notes in the CRM system. Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate technical team when necessary. Maintain daily and weekly performance metrics (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.).

Qualifications / Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, typing). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Graduate in any discipline -- freshers are encouraged to apply.
