About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Voice Process Sales Support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and supporting the sales team to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries over the phone in a professional manner Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in voice-based BPO or tele sales is an advantage

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass
