Voice Process - Renewal Team
. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls with existing customers, assisting them in renewing their insurance policies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to policy renewals.
Reach out to existing customers and remind them about policy expiry.
Guide customers through the renewal process and ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Prior experience in voice process/customer service/insurance preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
