Job Description



We are hiring a

Voice Support Executive

for our matrimonial application Tworings. The role focuses on providing

technical support

to users over phone calls. The executive will assist users with account setup, login issues, payment queries, and app navigation, ensuring smooth usage of the application.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist users with technical issues. Guide users in downloading, installing, and navigating the Tworings app. Resolve issues related to login, OTP, password reset, and profile access. Provide assistance with payment-related queries (subscription activation, failures, refunds). Escalate unresolved technical issues to the development team. Maintain accurate call logs and support records.

Requirements



Strong verbal communication skills in

Tamil

(

English

is a plus). Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).

Experience

in

voice-based technical/customer support

is encouraged. Basic understanding of

Android/iOS apps, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting steps

. Ability to explain technical steps clearly to non-technical users. Minimum qualification:

12th pass / Diploma / Graduate

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
