Work From Home opportunity for a Voice Process Customer Care Executive fluent in both Kannada and English. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to our clients through voice communication, catering specifically to our Kannada-speaking audience. You will be responsible for resolving queries, guiding users through our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working from the comfort of your home.Responsibilities

• Assist customers through voice calls, providing support and solutions in Kannada and English
• Identify customer needs and guide them in using our products/services effectively
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and issues resolved
• Communicate feedback and insights from customers to the team to enhance service quality
• Stay informed about product updates and changes to better assist customers
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in a voice process or customer service role
• Fluency in both Kannada and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
• Availability to work flexible hours from home
• Basic understanding of CRM software and call handling systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service are an advantage
