Make outbound cold calls to international prospects (US markets) to generate leads or sales
Clearly communicate product/service offerings and value propositions
Identify customer needs and qualify leads as per defined criteria
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Handle objections confidently and close calls professionally
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Adhere to compliance, quality standards, and call scripts
Collaborate with sales and operations teams for lead conversion and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in international voice process / cold calling
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers
Ability to work in night shifts and fast-paced target-driven environments
Good listening skills and customer-centric approach
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C cold calling
Exposure to US healthcare, IT services, or sales campaigns (if applicable)
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
Education
Graduate in any discipline (undergraduate with relevant experience may be considered)
