Key Responsibilities:
Handle
outbound/inbound voice calls
to promote products or services and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
sales and conversion targets
.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Handle customer objections effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize call strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred).
Experience:
1-4 years in
voice process, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (sales-focused)
.
Communication:
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (Telugu preferred for South Zone roles).
Computer Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
