Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming/outgoing calls promptly and professionally
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
Record details of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
