Job Description



We are looking for

Customer Support Executives (Voice Process)

to handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound/outbound calls

from customers Resolve customer queries related to

orders, delivery, payments, services, or complaints

Provide clear and accurate information in a polite manner Maintain customer records in CRM systems Follow company SOPs and quality standards Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team Meet daily call and performance targets

Eligibility Criteria



Minimum

12th pass / Any graduate

Freshers & experienced candidates

can apply Good

Tamil + Basic English

communication (or English + Hindi, as per process) Willingness to work in

day / night shifts

Basic computer knowledge

Skills Required



Good verbal communication Active listening skills Customer-focused approach Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
