Job Title: Tamil Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
2. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
3. Maintain high-quality service standards and adhere to process guidelines.
4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
6. Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
7. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil].
2. Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
3. Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications:
