Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to provide clients with expert guidance on various insurance policies. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of insurance products, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.

Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate life, health, auto, or property insurance plans.

Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is complete.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, new policies, and regulations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to analyze client needs and suggest suitable policies.

Proficiency in using CRM software and insurance-related tools.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Certification or license as required by local insurance regulations.
