Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory).
Basic English/Hindi understanding (added advantage).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient while dealing with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM handling preferred).
Timing: general shift (09am to 05pm)
Qualifications:
12th Pass / Any Degree (Preferred).
