Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales (if sales process).
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.
Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in
English / Tamil / Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus (freshers also welcome).
