Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in CRM.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.
Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements:
Excellent
communication skills
(English / Hindi / regional languages).
Good
listening and problem-solving
skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Ready to work in
rotational shifts / night shifts
(as per process requirement).
Experience in
customer support / call center / BPO
preferred but not mandatory (freshers welcome).
Educational Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
