Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues. Maintain call logs and update customer information in CRM. Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards. Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:



Excellent

communication skills

(English / Hindi / regional languages). Good

listening and problem-solving

skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Ready to work in

rotational shifts / night shifts

(as per process requirement). Experience in

customer support / call center / BPO

preferred but not mandatory (freshers welcome).

Educational Qualification:



Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
