Role Overview - Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking dynamic, result-driven professionals with a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the sales process from planning to closure, consistently achieving growth and targets Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and communicate effectively with customers Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities Conduct walk-in sales presentations for residential projects Respond to customer queries and share additional information via email Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using SFDC CRM Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts Maintain and present weekly sales and productivity reports Develop and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners Implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market presence Monitor site visits and ensure maximum lead conversion Achieve walk-in targets and contribute to overall sales goals
