Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Appointment Setter to join our Voice Process team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments

- Use persuasive communication skills to convince customers to schedule appointments

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless handover of appointments

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:

- Good spoken English skills
