Domestic Voice Process team

. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) efficiently and professionally. Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or information. Maintain call quality standards as per company guidelines. Record and update customer details in the system. Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution, and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to senior associates or team leaders when required.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:

12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

0-2 years

of experience in customer service/voice process (freshers can apply). Good communication skills in

Malayalam

and

basic English

. Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night as per process requirement). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).

Pay: ?17,500.00 - ?17,821.00 per month
