Contact potential leads via phone to verify customer interest in products
Respond to business inquiries received, through calls in a timely and professional manner.
Assess and qualify prospects based on their requirements and level of interest.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate and communicate qualified leads and customer feedback to the sales team.
Ensure smooth handover of interested prospects to the sales team for further follow-up.
