Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Process

Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (Compulsory)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional voice support to our customers. You'll handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

- Provide accurate product and service information.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in voice process customer support.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
