Role: BPO - Voice process Executive

Experience: freshers

Salary: 15k - 17k upto 7k incentive

Shift timings: 9.30 am - 6:30pm

Language: Telugu/Malayalam / Tamil/ kannada+ English

Malayalam preferred

both male and female / final year student eligible for immediate joining

immediate joining / willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and resolve issues effectively.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

1.Excellent communication

2. qualification: +2 pass/ any graduate

2.Fluent with-Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, kannada

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
