Travel Process - Voice Support

Handle queries related to

Ixigo bookings, travel issues, refunds, cancellations, etc.

strong verbal communication skills

in English & Hindi

Roles & Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries over

calls

professionally Assist customers with their

travel-related bookings and concerns

Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer service Maintain data and update CRM systems accurately Handle pressure during high-volume periods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?30,000.00 per month
