Assist customers with product or service-related queries, complaints, or technical issues.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within specified time frames.
Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
