Excellent communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry Ability to remain calm and patient while working with frustrated or upset customers Ability to learn and understand complex products and services quickly Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or previous customer service experience preferred Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 910,600.00 - 913,000.00 per month Schedule:
