Voice Process Executives

for our Gurugram location. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills

and a customer-focused attitude. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls professionally Communicate clearly with customers to resolve queries or provide information Maintain accurate call records and customer details Follow company guidelines and quality standards Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent verbal communication skills in

English & Hindi

Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO/voice process is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
