to join our Banking Voice Process. You will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding their overdue loan accounts, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining the brand reputation of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Negotiation:
Contact delinquent customers via phone to negotiate payment plans and One-Time Settlements (OTS).
CIBIL Counseling:
Educate customers on the long-term impact of defaults on their credit scores and future loan eligibility.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet daily and monthly recovery targets to earn high performance-based incentives.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and "Promise to Pay" (PTP) dates in the CRM.
Compliance:
Strictly follow RBI's Fair Practice Code and maintain professional tele-etiquette at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in Collections, Tele-sales, or Customer Service.
Communication:
Strong command over [ Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Bengali & English]. Ability to be firm yet persuasive.
Negotiation:
Proven ability to handle objections and "close" a deal.
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Tech-Savvy:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and experience using auto-dialers.
