Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our services, promotions, and offerings.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring accurate capture of customer information.
Assist customers in making reservations, providing information on room availability, rates, and amenities.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and bookings confirmed.
Provide regular reports on call activities, customer feedback, and sales performance to the management team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of diploma or degree in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Fluency in Tamil and English.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
Willingness to work night shifts
