candidate for the position of Voice Processing Executive (WFH). In this role, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing high-quality service over the phone.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
1 to 2 years
of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service role.
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
Age:
Below 35 years.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys.
Identify and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of all conversations in our customer database.
Direct complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Meet daily call volume targets while maintaining a high quality of service.
