Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide clear information to clients regarding services and case status.
Maintain call logs and update CRM with accurate details.
Resolve basic client queries or route them to the concerned department.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups when required.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (any two preferred).
Confident voice modulation and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
Ability to handle client conversations calmly and professionally.
Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to work in a target-based or fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Experience in voice process, customer support, or telecalling is an added advantage.
