process. This role is ideal for both
freshers and experienced candidates
who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan lead generation.
Explain product details clearly and persuasively in Tamil/Malayalam.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Any graduate/12th pass candidates can apply.
Experience:
Freshers & experienced candidates welcome.
Skills:
Good communication in Tamil/Malayalam, basic computer knowledge.
Work Schedule
Shift:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Week Off:
Sunday fixed

CTC:
?13,789 (Includes PF + PT + ESIC)
In-hand:
?11,690 + Incentives
Without PF & ESIC Option:
?13,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
