The Voice Process Executive is responsible for managing student enquiries, conducting outbound counselling calls, converting leads into admissions, and providing clear communication regarding NEET/MBBS guidance for India and Abroad programs. The role requires strong communication skills, target orientation, and adherence to the academy's quality standards.
2. Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound calls
from students and parents seeking NEET/MBBS/Abroad admission information.
Make
outbound counselling calls
to follow-up leads generated by marketing, seminars, and walk-ins.
Explain
, and benefits of Vari Medical Academy.
Convert potential enquiries into confirmed
admissions
within the monthly target.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Provide daily call reports, enquiry status updates, and admission progress to the Team Leader.
Coordinate with counselling, marketing, and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
Ensure high professionalism, communication accuracy, and polite behaviour in every call.
Achieve both
daily call targets
and
monthly admission targets
assigned by management.
3. Monthly Targets
Daily Calling Target:
150-200 calls/day (inbound + outbound).
Lead Follow-Up Target:
Minimum 50 quality follow-up calls/day.
Monthly Admission Target:
Minimum 10 confirmed admissions per month
(based on NEET/MBBS India or Abroad programs).
If the target is not achieved,
incentives/allowances may vary
as per Vari Medical Academy policy.
4. Required Skills
Excellent
spoken communication
in Tamil & English (Hindi knowledge is an advantage).
Strong convincing skills and ability to handle student/parent queries.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM updating).
Good listening ability and patience while handling counselling calls.
Strong target orientation and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
5. Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Any degree
(UG or PG)
Experience:
0-2 years
in voice process, tele-calling, counselling, or customer support.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
