We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Voice Process Executive
. The role involves handling customer calls efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets related to quality, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-3 years (freshers can apply).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
Other Skills:
Active listening, empathy, patience, and ability to multitask.
Shift:
Rotational / Day / Night shifts depending on process (domestic or international).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
