Core responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers.
Provide information about products and services accurately and professionally.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for customer issues.
Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call handling time and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with team members and escalate priority issues when necessary.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
