Customer Support Executive (Product Sales)
. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, promote product sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Explain product features and benefits to potential buyers.
Convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain good customer relationships and follow up for feedback.
Update customer records and sales data regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for product and service support.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 6 months - 2 years in Customer Support / Inside Sales / Telecalling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Fluency in English and Tamil preferred
Salary:
?13,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience)
