Assist callers with queries related to billing, payments, appointments, account status, or service information (depending on the process).
Document call details and update information accurately in the system.
Follow communication scripts, company guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
Maintain call quality standards and achieve daily/weekly performance targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA (if in medical billing) and data security guidelines.
