We are looking for a

Voice Verification Analyst

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying prospect information over the phone. You will be provided with a list of data, and your task is to call these prospects and confirm that the details provided are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects using the provided data. Verify and confirm the accuracy of information over the phone. Accurately update and record verified data in the system. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions. Follow company protocols and scripts where necessary.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication and speaking skills.

Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work the night shift (US EST: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred:

Previous experience in voice-based roles (BPO/call center) is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
