We are looking for

to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls to resolve customer queries, provide product or service support, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

international inbound/outbound calls

efficiently and professionally.

Should be Very good in English Communication.

Understand customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide

accurate information and resolutions

. Deliver excellent Customer service. Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards.
Should be a Graduate and willing to work in the Night Shifts.

Should be able to Join immediately.
