Key Responsibilities for Voice Process Job in Coimbatore
Handle inbound & outbound international calls in a professional manner.
Resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues with patience.
Provide correct information and aim for first-call resolution.
Maintain proper call logs and update customer records as required.
Follow up on pending tickets and close them on time.
Work closely with internal teams for escalations or complex issues.
Meet KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and resolution rate.
