International Voice Process - US Shift

Location :

HRBR Layout, Bangalore

Experience :

6months - 10years (International Voice Process)

Salary :

2LPA - 9LPA ( based on experience)

Shift Timings :

8:30PM - 5:30AM (Monday - Friday)

Education :

Minimum 10th Pass and above

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients, maintaining professionalism at all times. Engage in customer conversations with confidence and clarity to support sales processes. Resolve queries effectively, ensuring a high-quality client experience. Maintain accurate call documentation and compliance with process standards.

Skills Required:

Exceptional English communication skills - fluency, accent neutrality, and strong grammar are mandatory. Prior international voice process experience is essential. Sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
