CTC: ₹20,000 per month

In Hand: ₹15,000 to ?16,000

Shift: 9 Hours (Rotational includes evenings & night)

Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced / fresher candidates who can handle domestic customer calls, resolve queries and deliver excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Good Communication in

English + Gujarati

Comfortable with rotational shifts

Mandatory Technical Setup (WFH):

Laptop/Desktop

Processor: i5 or above (5th Gen+)

RAM: 8GB+

Windows 11+

High Speed Broadband

Minimum 30 Mbps download & 30 Mbps upload

Power Backup (UPS / Inverter)

USB Noise Cancellation Headset

Responsibilities:

Attend & handle customer calls

Resolve customer concerns professionally

Achieve sales targets & CSAT KPIs

Coordinate with team to close customer issues
