We are hiring

Voice Process Executives

for our

Nagercoil office

. The role involves calling and interacting with research scholars and clients, explaining PhD assistance and research services, and maintaining proper follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls (voice process). Explain company services to research scholars and clients. Maintain follow-up records and update client status in CRM. Build and maintain good client relationships. Support the business development and operations team.

Requirements

Good communication in

Tamil & English

. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / Email). Confident, positive attitude, and willing to learn.

Freshers are welcome

- training provided.
