We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven

VOICE PROCESS ASSOCIATE

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, guiding them through product or service offerings, and achieving individual and team targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about products or services.

Handle customer queries effectively and address concerns to ensure

satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a database of leads.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to explain benefits and features.

Collaborate with the team and report on daily activities and outcomes.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences.

Qualifications:

0-1 year of experience in customer service, or a related field.

Candidates residing near

Pondicherry

are preferred.

Skills:

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Positive and motivated attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
