Update customer information in CRM or call logs
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
Handle objections professionally and politely
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude
Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Collect feedback and report customer insights to seniors
