Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers/leads Explain products or services clearly and confidently Generate leads and follow up with interested customers Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups Update customer information in CRM or call logs Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team Handle objections professionally and politely Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines Collect feedback and report customer insights to seniors
