Job Title: Voice Process Executive (BPO / Call Center)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for a Voice Process role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers, and providing accurate information about products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and politely Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction Follow company scripts and process guidelines Update customer details accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

PUC / 12th pass (maximum required) Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good communication skills in English and/or local language Basic computer knowledge Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Salary:

Starting salary:

?13,000 per month

Salary range:

?13,000 - ?16,000 (based on performance and experience)

Work Location:

Office-based / Work from Office (can be customized) 6 days working
