Voice Process Executive - B2B Partner Sales & Support (boAt)

Working Days:

5 Days a Week (Rotational Weekends Off)

Compensation:

Up to ?27,000 per month (includes fixed pay + performance incentives)

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Business Development (20%)

Initiate outbound conversations with prospective resellers, vendors, and distributors to introduce boAt's B2B solutions. Deliver persuasive product pitches tailored to business profiles and convert interest into platform sign-ups. Meet assigned outreach and conversion metrics through consistent call performance. Update internal dashboards and maintain accurate logs of all interactions and lead statuses.

Partner Support & Relationship Management (80%)

Address inbound service requests from current partners related to cataloging, logistics, order fulfillment, returns, account updates, and payment issues. Ensure efficient and courteous resolution of queries with appropriate follow-ups when needed. Liaise with backend teams to resolve operational challenges in a timely manner. Educate sellers on new tools, features, and compliance policies relevant to their business operations. Maintain service excellence by adhering to internal SLAs and communication protocols.

Desired Skills and Attributes

Strong spoken English and Hindi communication skills--clear, confident, and professional. Familiarity with basic computer operations, internet browsing, and CRM platforms.
