Handle customer queries via inboun voice calls in a professional manner
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up as necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Meet performance targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Key Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in a customer support voice process (Freshers can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
