Job Description
Jollyfree Technical Llp is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice process computer Operator wfh. In this position, you will be responsible for helping our clients with their technical issues over the phone. The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer service to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems over the phone
- Input client information into computer systems accurately
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of issues
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality goals
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems and software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a designated workspace with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Available to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
